RAINMAKER is a celebration of contemporary Native American arts & culture.
RAINMAKER was founded by Joanne Prince, twenty years ago. Jo continues to dedicate her life to working alongside some of the most talented Native artists & jewellers of their generation. "I divide my time between England and North America where I live and work within the Native community. I count amongst these artists and their families some of my closest friends, whose boundless warmth, generosity, hospitality and creativity endlessly enriches my life." Joanne Prince, Director. The distinctive style of each artist and jeweller is informed by the traditions of their tribes & their individual, contemporary life experiences. Native American jewellery represents thousands of years of cultural evolution. Uniquely formed from natural materials, imbued with meaning & symbolism, each piece becomes a cherished possession to pass down through generations, ever appreciating in value. email list To see more Zuni fetish carvings, exclusive jewellery, Pendleton blankets & original art, visit our Bristol space or join the email list for monthly updates of news & events.
