The spiral or migration symbol, also referred to as a journey symbol, represents the migration path of the ancestors and the continuum of tradition through the generations and into the future. This spiral pendant is handcrafted from sterling silver and set with a bright blue turquoise stone. The designer and maker is Lorraine Martinez of the Kewa Pueblo tribe, also known as Santo Domingo Pueblo, in Northern New Mexico USA. The spiral measures 18mm in diameter and the pendant measures 25mm in length including the bale. The sterling silver chain measures 45cm in length.
