TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The displaying of products and/or prices on this Site constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions, to the entire exclusion of any others you may seek to impose. We reserve the right to change and/or withdraw any product displayed on this Site without notice at any time before your order is accepted. We have included this term to protect us in case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular item for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Items displayed on this Site are one of a kind and availability cannot always be guaranteed. However, every effort is made to update stock availability on a daily basis. Due to differences in computer monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will accurately reflect the colours of each piece. Each individual piece is handmade and unique characteristics of this process do not constitute defects but are part of the appeal of handmade works of art.
RETURNS POLICY
We will offer a refund or exchange on any undamaged goods, returned in their entirety, within 14 days of dispatch, this applies to internet purchases only. If you return an item that RAINMAKER GALLERY agrees is faulty, we will include with your refund any delivery charge paid at the time of purchase. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the returned item. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the items. If returning an item please notify me by email and send your package to: Joanne Prince RAINMAKER GALLERY, 140 Whiteladies Road, Bristol, ENGLAND BS8 2RS. We recommend that you send it Recorded or Special delivery and package your item securely to avoid damage in transit. RAINMAKER GALLERY will be unable to refund or exchange items that have been lost in the post or damaged in transit. Purchases made in person, not via the internet, where customers have had the opportunity to examine and or try on items, will not be refunded.However, a credit note or exchange maybe offered at our discretion and an admin charge may be incurred.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or part of an order are cancelled by us for various reasons such as: Item(s) not available; Difficulty in processing payment information; Cannot ship to address provided; A duplicate order was placed; Cancelled due to customer request. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please email us.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All online credit card transactions are processed by Paypal and are free and secure. RAINMAKER GALLERY does not receive or store any customer credit card information.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
In addition to allowing us to check your creditworthiness and process your orders, the personal data you submit, and our records of your visits to the Site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes. We will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all data protection legislation for the time being in force in the UK. We do not make our mailing list available for marketing purposes to anyone unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction, will not disclose your personal data to anyone.
